Remarks

Products will be couriered to the address stated in your order information. Currently we can only ship products to commercial residential addresses within Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan (excluding closed areas). If we contact you twice during the shipping process and are still unable to contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled and your payment will be refunded to your account.

Addresses for combined shipping and other couriers are not currently accepted. These orders will be cancelled without notice. We will issue a full refund (excluding cash on delivery) as soon as possible after the order is cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery service only accepts cash payment. Make sure to have your phone switched on and answering in case we notify you to pick up your order. If we are unable to reach you after contacting you twice, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Once the product is shipped, if the customer does not pick up or refuses to accept the product delivered to the specified address, it will be recorded in BallinHK Production Ltd's membership system.

The carrier is solely responsible for delivery and collection on behalf of BallinHK Production Ltd. If you have any questions about the products you received, please contact BallinHK Production Ltd's official customer service mailbox directly at enquiry@ballinhk.com. The carrier cannot process returns or exchanges.

EZ WAY Real-name Authentication

Starting from May 2020, real-name authentication is required for imported parcels in Taiwan. If real-name and ID card authentication is not performed, the parcel will be placed at the customs until the recipient of the parcel completes the information. Therefore, Taiwanese customers, please remember to download the EZ WAY APP first, so that your package can pass through customs smoothly.
