Returns and Refunds


[Return and Exchange]
Our return and refund period is 14 days from the day you receive the item. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to provide you with a return or refund.

Returns or refunds must meet the following conditions:

You need to send a letter to enquiry@ballinhk.comm within 14 days with the order number, reason for return and product photo
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging
Any merchandise in non-original condition, and damage not caused by BallinHK, will not be returned or exchanged
Your item was received with serious damage, including;
· Cracked or smudged film
· Cracked or damaged planks
· The plank falls
· Cracked or damaged frame
The company will not compensate for any damage caused by logistics
· The back panel falls off due to a logistical impact and can be reassembled by the guest
· Damaged box

[Refund Instructions]
Once BallinHK has received and checked your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. BallinHK will also inform you whether the refund is approved or declined. If your refund is approved, we'll process your refund and either automatically credit you within a certain number of days or issue a refund to you depending on the payment method.

If you haven't received your refund, please double-check your bank account before contacting your credit card issuer, it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. There is usually some processing time before a refund. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiry@ballinhk.com.

[Sale Product]
Only non-sales items can be returned, exchanged and refunded. This policy does not apply to specials.

[Return and Exchange]
We only accept replacement of the same item that is not damaged by human beings. Please email enquiry@ballinhk.com in accordance with the above policy and send your items to: Room 1102, Block A, Man Fung Industrial Building, 7 Cheung Lee Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item, BallinHK will not be responsible for the shipping cost arising from the return. If shipping is paid for BallinHK, we will automatically deduct this fee from your refund.

Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on where you live. If you're shipping more than USD$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
